Privacy notice

Account features use your email, display name, preferred language and security-session information. An inquiry may include travel dates, group size, region, contact preference and your service priorities.

The first release has no customer attachment upload. Do not submit medical records, diagnoses, reports, identity documents, card information or payment passwords in free-text fields.

We use the minimum information needed to manage your account, answer inquiries, provide asynchronous support, prepare quotes and protect the service.

Final retention periods and the operating privacy contact must be approved before launch. The customer interface includes an account-deletion request entry, which will revoke active sessions when the backend is implemented.
